Adjacent to the intersection of Hollywood and Vine St., the Lost Property Bar is fashioned as a speakeasy-styled space that caters a selection of whiskey cocktails and fine drinks. Once housing a small bar, NEW THEME was contracted to invigorate the space that consisted of aged wood panels and bare seating areas requiring rehabilitation. The limited space of the interior is built to promote efficiency while opening up to intimate areas in the rear of the space. Upholstered booths line the interior walls with mid-century styled tables and a preserved piano add to the space’s ambiance. The bar itself, built of reclaimed oak, matches the historic quality of the interior and sets a straightforward tone of the bar without excessive décor or social exclusivity.
